While browsing this website, we do not gather any information which would personally identify you or your exact location.  We do not, at present, set cookies on your machine.  However, for statistical analysis we are able to get general data about what operating system and browser version you are using as well as general information about what is your nearest town (based on your reported IP address).  This information allows us to see if we need to adapt our website to download faster, meet technical requirements of certain browsers and operating systems, and whether we ought to consider targeting other language groups based on the number of visitors from certain countries.

At no stage can we identify you or your address and no information is permanently stored either on our computers or on yours.

You will not receive emails or other correspondence from us unless you specifically request it and your details will be deleted from our email system if we don't need to keep them.

Client privacy

We are very aware that your privacy as a client is important.  We will never give your details to anyone else unless you ask us to.  We will only keep your details for as long as is necessary to conduct your business with us.  Any extension to this time will be with your express consent.

Since some ministries operate in sensitive regions or require delicate handling of their information, we will do everything in our power to respect every client's privacy.  The only exception to this rule would be if a statutory body with legal powers requested your information from us, in which case we would comply.

Should we decide that any of the work undertaken for you might be suitable for inclusion, either on our website or elsewhere, as a representative sample of our work, we will seek your permission first.  You will be under no obligation to agree.  However, if you do agree, any stipulations you make about anonymity will be respected and edits will be made.  We may suggest the best way to do this, but in all cases you must feel happy for us to use your work.

All emails we send and receive are checked for viruses and other nasties.  We do our best to ensure that we will never pass anything like this on to you.  Occasionally, we become aware that email sent to us does not arrive and has probably been consumed by our security software.  If you email us and do not receive a reply within 48 hours, please try again.

Our privacy

We would simply request that you respect our privacy by not selling or otherwise passing our details to spammers or anything similar.  If we give you FTP access, it will be for a very short period and your account will become invalid as soon as it is no longer needed.
