You are busy in your ministry. You need help putting something together that says what you want, in exactly the format you want to say it. The last thing you need is to spend hours putting documents or presentations together. Besides, you may not be comfortable putting all this together – after all, you want your audience to be impressed. Most of all, you want to communicate effectively so that there is no doubt about what you're trying to say.
We have experience in commercial design and on the mission field. We know how difficult it can be without the right experience to put words, sound and images together to hit the right note. If you're too artsy, you might dazzle your audience, but they might not hear your message. If you're too slick, your supporters might think you don't need those all-important financial donations. If you're not slick enough, people won't take you seriously.
Even in the commercial world, we've known clients who didn't know what they wanted, kept adding or changing 'just one more thing', and wanted everything yesterday! Our experience in the mission field was often quite similar. However, it is obvious that people involved in Christian ministry don't always live in an ideal world – they are under all sorts of pressure and have neither the time nor (usually) the expertise to gather everything that's required together in one go.
We understand. We sympathise. We can be very flexible in adapting our work to that last minute item which a client has forgotten. We might well spot the omission ourselves anyway and make suggestions of our own.
Some people have simply not realised that the pictures and video clips they had could be combined in novel ways. We will often suggest ideas that you may not have thought about, or that you thought were too complicated.
We know that the Christian ministry requires careful use of finances and good stewardship of what God has provided is essential. We aim to keep costs to the bare minimum while providing maximum benefit to you. Most situations require little in terms of materials, so some jobs are able to be done for free. Other jobs require the use of specialist software or hardware, so a contribution to our financial outlay may be asked. A few jobs will be very time-consuming requiring us to put a price on our time.
Whatever the situation, we always explain costs up front and try to reduce your financial outlay. We always aim for a rapid turn-around – only major jobs take more than a few days to a week. Your best interests are our concern, and we will always give our best advice, even if it means directing you to someone else.
In everything we do, we aim to please God first and foremost by putting ourselves at your service.
